Mrs. Wanda Delores Bryant Haygood, the daughter of Mr. Lee Bryant and Dorothy Bryant, was born December 18, 1959 in Eutawville, South Carolina. She departed this life Saturday morning October 24, 2020 in Sandersville, GA.
Wanda, affectionately known as Low, grew up in Eutawville, where she attended St. James Elementary School and was a 1978 graduate of Holly Hill Roberts High School in Holly Hill, SC. She attended Orangeburg Technical College, Midlands Technical College, and was once employed by Coastal Regional Center in Ladson, SC and Santee Industries in Santee, SC.
In 1990, she was joined in holy matrimony to Mr. Terry Haygood of St. Matthews, SC who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her father, Lee Bryant; her mother, Dorothy Chancy Bryant, two brothers, Kenneth Bryant and Robert Lee Bryant; a sister-in-law, Alfreda Bryant; and a niece, Roshonda Bryant, all of Eutawville, SC.
She leaves to celebrate her life, one daughter, Crystal Tanchell Bryant of St. George, SC; two sons, Totorrio Trevor Bryant of Atlanta, GA and Linard Haygood of Orangeburg, SC; three grandchildren, Ariele and Aaliyah Miles Bryant of Atlanta, GA and Nae’dyn Stevenson of St. George; five sisters, Rosa Lee McCullough of Bronx, NY; Doris (Robert) Honore’ of Columbia, SC; Margaret (Thomas) Berry of Bronx, NY; Vivian (Isaac) Gadson of Summerville, SC; and Patricia Williams of Newark, CT; six brothers, Wilbur (Allison) Bryant, Joseph (Linda) Bryant, both of Columbia, SC; Herman (Carol) Bryant of Omaha, NE; William (Beverly) Bryant of White Plains, NY; Kevin Michael Anthony (Keshia) Bryant of Eutawville, SC; and Larry Grant of Bridgeport, Connecticut; a sister-in-law, Dr. Pauline P. Bryant of Eutawville, SC; two aunts, Alqueen Wearing of Eutawville, SC and Rosa Lee Clark of Bronx, NY; and a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives, and friends.
