It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Sarah M, Jones, 78, of Elloree, South Carolina, who transitioned on Saturday, September 02, 2023, at MUSC Health Orangeburg Hospital. Please adhere to all COVID-19 precautions and guidelines when visiting the family and funeral home. Masks are required.

Sarah Mae Jones Life Reflections

Sarah M. Jones was born in Vance South Carolina on January 28, 1945, to the late Mr. Paul and Mary Lee Fuller. She entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at MUSC Orangeburg South Carolina. 

At an early age in life, Sarah joined New Calvary Church. Sarah worked for many years as a seamstress at Skyline in Holly Hill, South Carolina.

Sarah was married to the late David Jones, Jr.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: one daughter, Odessa Fogle of Elloree, SC; three sons, Donald (Pernell) Jones of Vance, SC, Ronald (Melanie) Jones of Omaha, NE, and Melvin Jones of Elloree, SC; ten grandchildren, Shenna Ruckwald, Mario Fuller, Ronald Jones, Devon Fuller, Jayden Jones, Jordan Jones, Alexis Jones, India Jones, Donald Jones, Jr., and Taylor Jones; six great-grandchildren; four brothers, Paul (Margret) Fuller, Albert (Ardell) Fuller, Willie (Sheila) Fuller, and George (Ernestine) Fuller; five sisters, Sandra (Christopher) Major, Janie Randolph, Genease (Virgil) Summerson, Mary Ann (Calvin) Pinckney, and Elaine (Michael) Cobbs; two aunts, Ruden Clark and Rose Jenkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
