Robert Sentell Gavin

Robert Sentell Gavin, was born October 1,1980 in Charleston, South Carolina to Robert and the late Joanne Lee-Gavin. He departed this life on September 23, 2021 in Cross, South Carolina.

Sentell was joined in matrimony to Aletha Irene Washington.

Sentell was an avid fisherman and hunter. He enjoyed living off the land, and his dress code was camouflage.

He was preceded in death by his mother and two brothers, James Raymont "Black" Gavin and Johnell Davis.

He leaves to mourn his passing: His wife Aletha Irene Washington-Gavin, his father Robert Gavin and step-mother Julia of Cross, South Carolina, his children RaeQuan President of Cross, SC, Elijah Gavin of Georgia, Alicia Gavin of Macedonia, SC and Arianna Gavin of St. Stephens, SC. His newly born grandson, Kingston. His step children, Sierra, Isaiah, and Amari of Holly Hill, SC. His sisters Felicia Lee of Raleigh, NC., and Lorraine Gavin of Eutawville, SC. His grandmother, Rilla Mae Blowe of Cross, SC. Two nieces, MarQuayla and Geniyah. Three nephews, Tre'Von, Jaiden, and Jamez, Aunts and uncles Mary (Hackles), Geneva (James) of Eutawville, SC, Ida Mae Brown (Ronnie) of Cross, SC, Linda High of Goose Creek, SC, Syretta Blowe of Cross, SC, Leroy Lee of Cross, SC, Benjamin Lee (Evelyn) of Orangeburg, SC, and Kelvin Blowe (Yvette) of Summerville, SC, and a host of other relatives and friends.
