Rebecca Broughton Smith

On Sunday, November 08, 2020, God called a  beloved angel from her labor to rest.

She was born September 22, 1922 to the Late Lawyer and Rosa Murray Gilliard . In 1939 she married the late Edward John Broughton,

they were blessed with five Children, two preceded her in death Lawton and Jacob Broughton.

Those left to cherish her memories : son James (Mildred) Broughton of Cross,, SC , Two daughters Mary (Tyrone) Lawrence, of Piedmont, SC

Rosann Gavin of Moncks Corner, SC, two daughter-in-laws  Mildred Broughton of Charleston, SC and Josephine Broughton Smith of Pineville, SC

one sister Elizabeth Pinckney of Cross, SC, twenty seven Grand Children, forty four Great Grand Children, twenty six Great-Great Grand children, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends
