It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Lawrence Clifford Downey, 57, of Brooklyn, New York, who transitioned on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in New York. The family will be receiving friends and family at the residence of his mother, Verneva Wright Downey until 8:30 p.m. daily. Please adhere to all COVID-19 precautions and guidelines when visiting the family and funeral home. Masks are recommended, but not required.
