It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Johnnie Lee Richardson, 76, of Cross, South Carolina who transitioned, on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at his residence. Please adhere to all COVID-19 precautions and guidelines when visiting the family and funeral home.

Johnnie Lee Richardson departed this life on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at his residence. He was born in New York on April 27, 1948, to the late Daniel and Frances Richardson.
Johnnie attended high school in South Carolina. After high school, he enlisted in and served in the United States Army for many years. After leaving the military, Johnnie started a new career in electrical manufacturing at Modern Suppliers. Through his hard work and dedication, he was promoted to Foreman.
He was preceded in death by six siblings: Dannie, Francine, Eartha, David, Gloria, and Pearline.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Mae Richardson; six children: Mae Myles of New York, Angelina Murchison of North Carolina, Lisa (Dennis) Snow of North Carolina, Shrona Myles of North Carolina, Dewayne Richardson of New York, and Omar Sweeney of New Jersey; twenty-three grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; three siblings: Kenneth Richardson of New York, Augustine Watson, and Jeanne Watson of South Carolina; aunts and uncles: Vivian Gadson of New York, Hattie Nichols of New York, Chloe Borden of South Carolina, Willamina Wigfall of South Carolina, Daisy Gather (LI), and Wilbert Nesbitt of South Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
