Mr. Edward (Bootee) Halls, was born in Eutawville, South Carolina on September 21. 1949 to the late Everlina (Georgia Mae) Doctor Halls and William (Bobby) Halls, Sr. He transitioned on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 in Bronx, New York.
