Carolyn Williams

Carolyn Husser Williams, the daughter of the late Cleveland Husser and Corine Husser, was born March 1, 1947 in Cross, South Carolina. She departed this life on Saturday, January 26, 2019 in Cross, SC.

She attended the public schools of Berkeley County.

Carolyn was a member of Ebenezer-Zion A.M.E. Church in Holly Hill, SC, where she served on the Usher Board.

She was joined in Holy Wedlock to Don "Gillan" Williams, Jr. who preceded her in death. Carolyn is also preceded in death by her sons, Darrell and Donald Williams, and her siblings, Cleveland Husser, Jr., Angie Ashmore, and Hattie Mae Oliver.

Carolyn leaves to mourn her passing: her daughter, Sharon (Jeffery) Ravenell; her son, Jeffery (Crystal) Williams; grandchildren, Ronard (Brittany) Ravenell, Daboshia Ravenell, Chelsea Ann Williams, and Joshua Ravenell; great grandchild, Ashton Lauren Ravenell; sister, Helen (Willie) Jenkins; five sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, an aunt, Thelma Brown; her best friend, Lillie; other loving relatives, and friends.
