Rosa Bell Fuller, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John “Adam” and Lizzie “Sister” Isaac was born on September 18, 1939 in Orangeburg County. She departed this life on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at MUSC Hospital.
Rosa grew up in Vance, South Carolina and attended the public schools there. She later moved to Eutawville SC where she resided. She received Christ as her Lord and Savior as a member of Springfield Missionary Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Lizzie Isaac; one son, Michael Fuller; four sisters, Anna Bell Isaac, Lillie Mae Isaac, Linda Isaac, and Laura Butler; three brothers, John Isaac, Jr., Harvey “Quincy” Isaac, and Daniel Isaac; and a special friend, Daniel Palmer.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her children: Cleveland (Hazel) Fuller of Greenfield, MA, Diane Saxon, Elaine Oliver, Gerald Fuller of Eutawville, SC, Patricia (Mark) Dunning of Mystic, Connecticut, and Darren (Susan) Fuller of Holly Hill, SC; siblings: Elizabeth (Fred) Hamilton of Long Island, NY, Willie (Debra) Isaac of New York, NY, Leroy (Martha) Isaac of Holly Hill, SC, Eugene Isaac of Orangeburg, SC, James Isaac of Santee, SC, and Vivian (Lewis) Goff of Walterboro, SC; two very special aunts: Margaret Neal of Santee, SC and Mattie Mae Amos of Philadelphia, PA; twenty grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
