Mary Sinkler

Mary Queen Sinkler, was born December 6, 1931 in Eutawville, South Carolina to Mary Haskell Sinkler and William Sinkler.

Mary accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at the Tabernacle Baptist Church. Mary received her formal education at the public school of Eutawville, SC.

She is preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley and her son, Bernard. She is also preceded in by her parents, her sisters, Modestein Sherrill, Susie Fickens; and her brothers, Levi (Elizabeth) Sinkler, Charlie (Leola) Sinkler, Ishum Sinkler, and William Sinkler.

Mary leaves to cherish her memories: her devoted and loving daughters, Patricia Sinkler of the home and Rose Marie (Andrew) Middleton of Cross, SC. She helped in the raising of her nieces, Vivian Benjamin (deceased), Belinda Sinkler of Pineville, SC and Rose Gail Sinkler of Orangeburg, SC; nephews, James Fickens of Seattle, Washington, Walter ‘Bubba’ Sinkler of Eutawville, SC; two sisters-in-law, Marzetta Sinkler of Salem, VA and Betty Sinkler of Holly Hill, SC; grandchildren, Teresa (William) Reid, Andrew Maurice (Tita) Middleton, Elijah (Cherlynn) Geathers, Antoine Middleton, Nicholas Sinkler, and Kendall Sinkler; seven great grandchildren, and many other relatives, and friends.
